The Google Business Profile was rebuilt from scratch: correct name, accurate categories, full service list, photos, Q&A, and a review response cadence. Name consistency — a documented issue at intake — was resolved and locked.
AEO and GEO layers went in at launch: llms.txt, bot-invite directives, FAQPage schema, IndexNow pings. When ChatGPT or Google's AI overview answers "plumber Surrey," Dosanjh is in the data.
