Terms of Service

1. Month-to-Month Flexibility

We believe in results-based trust, not legal handcuffs. All Valinx.io services are provided on a flexible, month-to-month basis. There are no mandatory long-term contracts. If our custom systems are not delivering the ROI or operational efficiency you expect, you are free to cancel at any time.

2. Proprietary Assets & Custom System Logic

At Valinx.io, we deploy a highly specialized, proprietary AI-powered tech stack—including custom landing pages, search logic, automated workflows, and advanced bidding algorithms. This custom architecture is our "secret sauce."

Valinx.io retains sole ownership of the advertising accounts, landing pages, and custom automation structures we create and manage for you during the initial setup and optimization phase. This protects our proprietary AI workflows, custom-built tools, keywords, and integration logic from being cloned or run without our active system management.

3. The 6-Month Vesting Period & Buyout

We want to reward long-term partnerships while protecting our engineering work:

• Vesting Period: After 6 months of active, consecutive service, full ownership of the advertising account (and its raw campaign data history) can be transferred to you at no additional cost.
• Early Transfer (Buyout): If you wish to take full ownership of the ad accounts and custom campaign structures prior to the 6-month mark, you may do so at any time by paying an early transfer buyout fee.

4. Top-Line Reporting (Results-First)

Instead of raw, complex backend ad account data, we provide a custom, real-time dashboard that focuses strictly on the metrics that grow your business:

• System Efficiency & Automation Output
• Total Actions, Inbound Calls, & Lead Attributions
• Cost per Outcome
• Overall Return on Investment (ROI)

We show you exactly what is working and the tangible value our systems produce, without exposing our raw, proprietary campaign blueprints initially.

5. Billing & Ad Spend Transparency

To keep things clean and compliant with advertising network policies:

• Direct Ad Spend: You pay the advertising networks (like Google or Meta) directly for your actual ad spend. Valinx.io does not mark up your ad spend.
• Solutions Fee: You pay Valinx.io separately for our custom AI solutions, systems engineering, and active optimization management.

6. Technical Scope

We are an AI solutions and automation firm. Our job is to deploy custom high-end systems that drive outcomes. Any auxiliary platforms, landing pages, or AI voice systems hosted on Valinx.io servers will be paused or taken offline immediately upon cancellation of service.
